Shipping policy
Our standard delivery charge within the United Kingdom starts at £4.99 but is dependent on the total weight of your order. All orders being delivered are sent using a ‘signed for’ service; all our parcels need a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you enter a delivery address where you will be able to sign for your delivery.
If you are not present to accept the delivery a card will be put through your letter box informing you of where to collect your delivery or how to arrange re-delivery. Deliveries should arrive within 48 hrs of despatch.
Despatch normally takes place within 2 days of order placement.
If an order is despatched on a Friday it is more likely to be delivered the following Monday as not all Post Offices run a Saturday service. We are therefore unable to guarantee any Saturday delivery. Please note that orders received on a weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
If an item is marked as “low stock” this means that we cannot guarantee that the item will be available. Please call or email for availability prior to ordering.
International orders less than 2 Kg are despatched using the Royal Mail’s International Signed for service giving you peace of mind and confidence that your package will arrive safe and sound. Again all orders being delivered will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you enter a delivery address where you will be able to sign for your delivery.
Royal Mail Signed for (UK ONLY) – Available to all UK Customers
Parcels are sent within 2 working days. Delivery can take up to 5 working days to arrive. Customers MUST be available to sign for the delivery. Parcels are only tracked at the point of delivery.
Royal Mail Signed for (Europe Only)
Parcels are sent within 2 working days. Delivery can take 5 to 14 working days to arrive. Customers MUST be available to sign for the delivery. Parcels are only tracked at the point of departure from the United Kingdom and the point of delivery.
Royal Mail Signed for (International)
Parcels are sent within 2 working days. Delivery can take 10 to 14 working days to arrive. Customers MUST be available to sign for the delivery. Parcels are only tracked at the point of departure from the United Kingdom and the point of delivery.
Royal Mail Airsure (AUS-CAN-HKG-NZL-USA ONLY) – Available to Australie, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand and United States of America
Parcels are sent within 2 working days. Delivery can take 10 to 14 working days to arrive. Customers MUST be available to accept the delivery. Parcels are completely traceable from the point of departure from the United Kingdom all the way to the point of delivery.
