Design:
Layer 1: An outer bacteria resistant copper-infused layer;
Designed to prevent the spread of infections. The Copper ions infused in the outer layer of the mask have been proven in tests and studies across the world to destroy 99.9% of bacteria and viruses on contact.
Layer 2: A secondary copper-infused layer that contains a nanomembrane filter;
Polypropylene filtration material used in the mask blocks more than 95% of fine particulate matter for protection.
Layer 3: A support layer for durability
This layer helps give the mask structure for additional durability and sturdiness.
Layer 4: An innermost skin care layer for comfort
High quality, skin-friendly material for maximum comfort
Benefits:
- Filter: Filtration efficiency option: 95%
- The Virus Buster mask weighs only 5 grams, despite its quadruple layer structure making it light and comfortable to wear especially for long periods of time.
- Its dense mesh allows particles smaller than 1 µm to be captured, thus preventing the risk of contamination by aerosols smaller than droplets.
- The micro-filter traps all types of aerosols and pathogens thanks to its complex network structure
- One size fits all
- The copper content in this face mask is circa 50,000 ppm

The Virus Buster Material
This non-woven fabric composed of polymer fibers coated with millions of copper ions (CU+). Copper is known to be a natural, safe bacteria resistant solution that has been used throughout history.
Why Chose the Virus Buster Face Covering?
A. Viruses on the face-covering surface have been shown to be inactivated in minutes of contact
– The copper fiber of Virus Buster was independently lab-tested at the Colorado State University (USA) and the Nara Medical University (Japan).
B. The face-covering must have sufficient filter efficiency to prevent the inhalation of virus droplets.
– The Virus Buster Mask guarantees filter efficiency of a minimum 80% and a maximum 95%.
C. The face-covering should be comfortable to breathe.
– Filtration Efficiency: 95%
– Pressure Drop: 7 mm H2O
D. Eco-friendly and economical mask for multi-use, not single-use.
– Copper is known to destroy odour-causing bacteria, so it can be safely used several times without smell.
– Wash lightly under running water with a mild detergent.
Prevents Growth of Bacteria & Infection
Infectious diseases are caused by pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites, which can spread diseases, directly or indirectly, from one person to another. Copper ions are only harmful to these pathogenic microorganisms and can play a vital role in combatting the spread of these pathogens.
How to Wear
Before wearing or taking off your face mask it is good hygiene to wash your hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds.
1 – Wash/sanitize your hands before opening the packaging and remove the Mask gently.
2 – Place the mask down on a flat surface with the flaps facing you and the flap with the metal nose bridge at the top.
3 – Open the flaps and place one cotton hygiene filter (found in the orange envelope) into the base of the mask. Attach it inside of the mask using the sticker tape enclosed.
4 – Place the mask on your face ensuring to cover your nose and mouth. Bring the ear loops over your ears.
5 – Press down on the metal nose bridge using both index fingers on either side of the bridge of your nose to ensure a tight seal.
6 – We recommend that you replace your cotton hygiene filter as and when you see fit after a number of wears or visible dirt build up.
How to Wash:
The Virus Buster masks are reusable not only because the filter efficiency remains the same for weeks, but above all, copper is known to have self-sanitizing properties which will keep your mask smelling fresher for longer.
Step 1: Add distilled water or boiled water which has been left to rest for 15 minutes to the bowl.
Step 2: Add a drop of neutral non-bleach detergent. Do not use soap or alkaline detergent.
Step 3: Remove the cotton hygiene filter from the mask and submerge the face mask fully into the bowl for at least 10 minutes whilst gently massaging, NOT hard rubbing.
Step 4: Squeeze out excess water and lay the face mask flat to dry naturally
We suggest washing the mask once a week or after 40 hours of wear. There is a recommended maximum number of 5 washes for this product.
